Cancellation Policy
Orders can be canceled within 10 minutes of placing them by calling us directly.
Once preparation has started, the order cannot be canceled.
2. Ordering & Payments
Orders can be placed through our website or any other authorized online channel.
Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order via our available payment options (UPI, debit/credit cards, or COD where applicable).
All prices listed include applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
Once placed, orders cannot be modified or canceled after a certain time window (usually within 10 minutes). For urgent changes, please contact us directly.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be issued once an order is confirmed and being prepared.
In case of any wrong or damaged item, please contact us within 2 hours of receiving your order with a photo for review.
Refunds or replacements will be offered only at our discretion in genuine cases.
