2. Ordering & Payments

Orders can be placed through our website or any other authorized online channel.
Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order via our available payment options (UPI, debit/credit cards, or COD where applicable).
All prices listed include applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
Once placed, orders cannot be modified or canceled after a certain time window (usually within 10 minutes). For urgent changes, please contact us directly.

3. Delivery Policy

We deliver only within Dehradun city limits.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location, traffic, and weather conditions
You must provide accurate delivery information. Standard Bakery is not responsible for delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailable recipients.

4. Returns & Refunds

As our products are perishable food items, returns are generally not accepted.
If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with photographic evidence
Refunds or replacements will be provided at our discretion based on the situation.

5. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel or substitute items if ingredients or products are not available, with prior notice and approval from you.

6. Allergens & Dietary Preferences

Our products may contain allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, and soy.
Customers with food allergies or dietary restrictions are advised to contact us before placing an order. We are not liable for any allergic reactions resulting from our food.

Standard Bakery shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or services, including but not limited to food reactions, delivery delays, or payment issues beyond our control.
